Price includes: tourist (sojourn) tax, AIR condition, WLAN internet, private parking, spare bed linen, towels, water and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, other home belongings and final cleaning service on the departure day.

Check-in 14:00 (2PM). Check-out 10:00 (10AM). If possible early Check-in or late Check-out are free of charge. Earliest Check-in time we are able to accommodate you is 10.00 (10AM). If you send us your approximate arrival time one day before your arrival, we will be able to tell you the earliest possible check-in time accurately.

Reservation is confirmed after 25% deposit (min.100 €) of the total amount is received. If you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is at least 60 days prior to check-in date. Balance payment can be paid in cash or money bank transfer when you arrive in villa and for the whole period agreed in our e-mail correspondence.
